Question: Ticket Collection on matchdays

I've just purchased my ticket for Saturdays game and am going to collect it.

 

Do I go to the ticket office round the side or is there a booth inside the shop (I seem to recall there is) and if there is a booth, how busy does it get 30mins before kick off?

 

(I'm planning my journey and will drive straight to the ground if it gets busy rather than stop off at my folks).

I'm sure ticket collections are actually inside the club shop, as opposed to the queues outside.

Correct. I do this every home game.

You can collect either inside the club shop or outside where you get the normal tickets. We got our outside as there was not a big queue

NOTE TO SMURF - Why not tell people where to collect tickets WHEN THEY PURCHASE.

Why does your web site not say - "and your tickets should be collected from ......

Or if the people buy tickets over the phone couldnt the PAID EMPLOYEE answering it, say "and your tickets should be collected from ......

or doesn't customer care apply at Vale ?

Yeah it would be an absolute disaster if you turned up at the ticket office and they told you it needed to be collected from the club shop 10 seconds walk away.

Seriously, I'd be a bit urinated off if I'd queued up only to be told I needed to join another queue.
