So what happened to his 5m?

 

Come up with a single reason to justify the clause yet?

 

The £5m is irrelevant here. What is relevant is that Mo was proposing £1.2m to purchase the club - with the loan possibly having to be repaid in full that initial investment could now stand at £3.2m. So, the clause which you see as "valid" could cost the club the best investment opportunity we're ever likely to have. Sorry if I'm not a true Vale fan for not sharing your opinion. :rolleyes:

I would disagree. The 5m is exactly relevant. He has it to pay off the council loan (by replacing it with a loan to himself), or he doesn't.

 

Which one is it? Clearly from this article he appears that he does not.

Doubtless more shameful spin presented as fact elsewhere in the printed version of the article insisting the board are doing a great job and the finances couldn't be better :rolleyes:

Why should he have to?

 

Again, I ask you, given you've defended the clause as "valid", can you give one single reason to back up such a statement and explain why the insertion of such a clause is in the best interests of PVFC?
