Coming up: Rochdale, Scunthorphe Chesterfield and another

 

Promoted up: Wolves, Brentford, Preston, Rotherham??

Relegated: 4 from Notts County, Stevenage, Shrews, Oldham, Crewe, Tranmere.

 

No one next season will have the buying power of Wolves and I expect a lot of teams like ourselves will be cutting their budgets.

 

Keep Adams and keep the core players, Neal, Loft, Lines etc and we will be ok!!

I think Lofty will leave at the end of the season whilst Lines can go as far as I am concerned. Knott is a far better all round player. Neal, Dicko and Duffy are players who we need to ensure are also signed up then with a few new editions we can make a fist of it next season. Rochdale I think will be the surprise package next season.

8 games to go. 8 points off the playoffs. And whilst i dont think we will make them, i would have more than accepted that back in August.

Our away form has cost us getting in the playoffs this season .We've got 33 points from home, compared to 17 points away..

Also theirs only Rotherham and Walsall we've only managed to beat currently in the top 9.

And 11 of Vales 17 defeats are again against the teams above us in the league..

I was forgetting about Cuvelier tbh,so if Lines was to leave(I am sure he will have other offers) I think we would or could get a bargain 2 for his wage(Knott and Cuvelier),I would take that
