Apologies if I have not made myself clear, I am not trying to prove anything I am just stating a fact NORMAN does not pay his bills and the press are on to him! it has nothing to do with him receiving a bad service or the club going bust it is how he works! he has a quote which he agrees to! has the work done and then doesn't pay! when he is chased for payment he then refuses to pay unless the price is reduced

You seem to be trying to purvey the thought that negotiating a cheaper price after the work is done is in someway illegal. It's sharp practice I would agree but it's not uncommon in business.

I'm merely suggesting that some bills may not have been paid. Not on about size of them. Just ability or willingness to pay.

Does anyone of you actually have access to any evidence this is happening / has happened? Or is it just hearsay.

Do you know the details of any contracts entered into by Norman or the Club and any suppliers.There's no need to name your source just tell us who it has happened to so it can be verified.
