Salop's messageboard doesn't seem to be a very happy place at the moment.:laugh:

 

They apparently put on a 'horror show' during their FA Cup defeat to Walsall yesterday, whilst others are saying that it's time for Turner to go and that he can't take the club any further.

 

I expect nothing less than 3 points from next Saturday. They won't bring anymore than 800 fans to Vale Park imo. And they think they're a bigger club than the Vale>!:doh:

Is this the first Saturday 3pm kick off we've had against them since the season Richards scored the winner in about the 200th minute? Hope the away game stays at a normal time, plenty of decent pubs in Shrewsbury.

Down the pecking order this season, not one of the "big" games anymore.

Was the one when McCombe scored and we won 1-0 at there place 1pm KO then? We've certainly played them on a Saturday a couple of times at home too but again could have been 1pm? I can't remember

Pretty sure it was, if not earlier.

 

This is probably the 1st time we have played them at Vale Park on a Saturday since our 1-1 draw against them in the 08/09 season.

 

Expecting a minimum 7,500 gate on Saturday, regardless of their probable sub-1,000 following. An attendance less than that will be disappointing imo.
