I hate to say it but Geosname was on the right track in terms of the questions he wanted answering/discussing.

 

How is revenue generated by the supporters club in order to fund events/initiative, or is this "supporters club" infact an irritating supporters forum that values its own self importance more than offering a genuine service to its membership?

Why on earth is the Bradford issue and Wolves game still on the supporters club agenda? Shouldn't the supporters club be looking to the future? This organisation seems to be simply full of doom and gloom merchants who seem intent on bringing the club down in anyway possible. I imagine these meetings resemble that of a funeral wake rather than a vibarant fresh supporters club of a team who are progressing on the pitch following the ecstacy of promotion.

 

Where are the fresh ideas that we were promised when Ally was appointed? I'm looking forward to reading the meeting minutes on the official supporters club website in order to determine whether any use has come from last nights supporters event.

I think the SC could have a vital role in communicating with smurf on behalf of the fans and vise versa.

However it needs to put its own house in order before this can be achieved with any long term success.

Surely attendances arent expected to be much higher? There are other ways to communicate.

If 30 fans turn up and 50 communicate by email those are the only people she can represent specifically although the rest will see the results.

I disagree. She was elected and she speaks for us. It's democracy IMO.

Should members need to ask why? Shouldnt the SC tell members why? I have had no communication from the SC at all.

We get snippets of information on here about what happened at a meeting but nothing official to back it up... isnt that how rumours start?

When I said get their house in order I wasnt implying anything was wrong with the committee or the membership, it needs to define what its trying to do and find the best way to do it and communicating that to the members.

If you disenfranchise people by not telling them whats going on how can you expect them to take an interest?

I'm sorry that you feel that way but the target of your criticism should be the man running the FC and not those running the SC.
