Some things never change.

Thought Stoke were complacent and unwilling to put in the effort required to win. Players are probably thinking too much and trying to change their ways. Felt sorry for Kenwyne Jones who had very little support and no real chances. Bit don't take the credit away from Norwich who closed Stoke down at every opportunity, played as a team and thoroughly deserved the win.

Poor performance. Norwich were quick out of the traps and we never recovered, too many players were pedestrian and Adam needs to be dropped immediately he's a liability. Never rated him, people got seriously carried away by him based on a few Hollywood passes on MOTD when he played for Blackpool. Ireland's a far more intelligent footballer and when fit will be a massive improvement. Goals will continue to be a problem until January but it's a new regime and requires patience something that the modern day football fan doesn't possess...............

You did well against Citeh,ok at Arsenal but yesterday you looked just about a Championship team TP.The players currently at the club now need replacing or at least 8 of them.Busy January for Sparky methinks.A striker is a must.Jones and Crouch wouldn't get in the Vale side at the moment.

Listened to p and g after and they had some oirish clown on who reckoned that they were extremely unlucky , in fact they didn't play that bad ! He has seen stoke play far worse many times before :0 . Tbh I thought they were awful and totally devoid if ideas . With TP in charge they always had a chance of sneaking a goal of a set piece but they offered zero today and were well beaten . HAPPY DAYS.

You can call him Irish. Oirish is a term that went out in the racist 70's and 80''s, as well as Paddy etc. Of course it could be due to the fact that you can't spell properly, but I have a feeling that you can.

"Owner Peter Coates has moved to heal a dressing- room rift by ordering Stoke’s players to end public criticism of former manager Tony Pulis.

The 75-year-old multi- millionaire, who has taken a back seat from day-to-day running of the club, stepped in after hearing of problems in the run-up to Sunday’s 1-0 defeat by Norwich."

No it isn't

Anyway :offtopic:

It's not off topic at all Johnny. I'm referring to the term of speech used in this topic.

You're right then about your first , short, seemingly uninterested line. It still exists then.

That term, in my opinion, is just as bad as any of those levelled at a black player .

Nevertheless, I'm sure you will reply with some Victorian wit of some sort.
