Correct. Never before has a player done so little to be revered by so many.

Any excuse to have a go at Adams from some people.

i reckon burge and morsy are neck and neck in that respect. the fact that rob taylor is playing again should be of far more interest to us vale fans that a couple of ex players a division below us.

newport??? thought he was a star attraction at burnley.

He was on trial there, then at Yeovil (I saw him in a pre-season game for them in which he was at best average).

Shame their attitudes have both gotten in the way of their careers to date as both have potential, hopefully this season will be a turning point for them.

I wish them both well.

It is i'm sure, just not on a 'Port Vale past' thread.

Not certain Taylor is the answer to problems we have at the moment though

Wonder why he rejected his contract?

It couldn't be because his own boss called him a coward and then seldom started another game?

I really can't blame him. He's playing regularly in a side that is winning and playing good football.

We will rue Micky's treatment of him.

Actually went to Chesterfield on Saturday as all my in law's are town fan's and I didn't fancy the long track to Orient. Not a massive Morsey fan but thought he played well in the middle. Rico put himself about and scored a cracker (disallowed for offside) O'shey was ok too. Star man was Gary Roberts far to good a player for the fourth division. The right back Talbot looked good and the keeper had a good game. All the scouts were there watching a winger who's name i don't recall, who was very in and out but was unlucky when he hit the post. All in all the VALE reject team looks very good for that league and if they play like they did on Saturday every week they'll walk that division
