Outrageous

Did the police dog bite him or rip his shirt? Either way , it should be reported.

Ripped by biting him. About waist height. The guy who is the victim should be the one reporting it.

We have some proper tools as fans who would deserve this treatment (and I don't envy the police their Job with some of our idiots) but this was unnecessary and uncalled for

Police were a disgrace - saw a 5 year old kid attacked by a dog.

Before anyone criticises the fans, a plain clothed copper (with truncheon) apologised to me and said he was embarrassed to be involved. Loads of coppers with no number showing too.

Will be sending some evidence to Staffs Police on Monday morning. For the good it will do.

Awful scenes before the match on Hamil Road. Can't blame the police at all, there was just too much kicking off.

Some poor Wolves fan had his face stampted on by a gang of about 12 so called Vale fans.

Them some dopey Wolves fans decided to have a go at the police and one got bit by a police dog. A medic was soon on the scene and it kicked off again. Pepper spray or something everywhere, truly disgraceful scenes.

Mr Football. I agree the victim should report it, so should you. Would you stand by and watch your neighbour being burgled? Personally and i stand by my morals i would have requested the officers details. No-one should be attacked when leaving a football ground. Please do something about this.

Today was a riot waiting to happen, but the police really don't help themselves sometime.

I actually thought there were not enough police around....hence the sirens heading towards Burslem rather than already being there.

They were nowhere to be seen in Burslem where I was, leaving the place an ideal place for scrapping.

Don't forget, both West Midlands Police and Staffs Police have officers dedicated to working on football hooliganism - not to mention their "intellligence" on games such as today's.

This fixture has been coming for nearly 3 months, yet they made a total hash of policing it.

What was the point of the wall, apart from delaying the inevitable clashes?

Useless, useless policing - AGAIN!
