  1. A couple of things, more money for Vale as folk like me gave up on Ifollow years ago due to the less than acceptable quality in the first three seasons. It was mentioned a while ago that games would be streamed on Sky Sports outside of the 3pm blackout, therefore it makes sense to close down iFollow domestically. If iFollow continues overseas then its a win win for all.
  2. What on earth has this cash been spaffed on?
  3. I didn't watch it, what formation was it? BBC Sport suggests 4-5-1 with Garrity, our main goal threat wide right. WTF??? I saw that and thought we cannot defend for 90 minutes, they only need one goal and game over, we have nothing out there that is any threat. Chislett on the bench? Rested or carrying a knock? 3-0 shows where we are.
  4. If we can keep our 12th clean sheet of the season (I think), then that is very commendable. Maybe, just maybe we claw ourselves out of this. Will Posh be knackered after Wembley or absolutely raring to go? Again, I have no idea which way it will go, so will go with the table as it lies. Posh 3 - 1 Vale.
  5. It's a nice feeling at the moment. Burton will leapfrog us on Wednesday.
  6. That was one of the biggest piles of crap in the entire history of diarrhoea.
  7. It is just afachking sheiite. Two conference teams on show.
  8. I have been watching for ten minutes, I can see two diabolical sides. Massey is just hopeless. Even the director of action replays is crap.
  9. I am gutted for him. When we needed him he stepped up and was part of a great promotion team. While I think we should do what we can to support him, the best we can realistically offer is a play and pay deal which I don't think would be good for him. A lower slower level which is easier on his body would be better for his immediate future. He has my best wishes. Good luck to the lad.
  10. I think we can write off Posh and Bolton (hope to be wrong), but I think we will need another 7 or 8 points. So 2 wins and 2 draws. I cannot see us getting anything at Wigan, so that makes it even more tricky. Thankfully I gave up ages so if we stay up it is a massive bonus.
  11. Wharf plumbing in Scholar Green are good mob to deal with. https://www.wharfdesign.com/locations/scholar-green/
  12. Hahahahahahahahaha. Funniest post of the decade!!
  13. I have no idea about this game. BR played some good one touch stuff under Joey Spacker, no idea how they play now. Loft will have a point to prove, he is on fire, two in two (calendar years) now I think. I will go 1-1. Att: 6,900/750 Bristolians.
  14. A lot teams do it. Stoke used to have four x 5 a side pitches for comp in the summer, PNE did, Portly Vale played there.
  15. If a DOF will help with the football infrastructure within the club, and stay help with scouting then I am all for having one. DM should have the final say on signings, tactics, and formations. Martin Foyle was in his early managerial career when he was at Vale. Maybe he has more knowledge now and could work.
  16. It festers in our DNA doesn't it when trying to point the finger and blame anybody we can. Maybe because after years of bad owners and complete and utter tripe we feel we have been let down again. It feels worse now as we have owners/an owner whose heart is in the right place. I would say we need/needed to get rid of whoever was responsible for the subs after 60 minutes in the FA Cup, whoever is/was responsible for the duff sideways football, whoever is/was responsible for recruitment. I would have been more than happy for Flitcroft to stay only if he was nowhere near the first team. I was more than happy for him to build the infrastructure within. We do need experience in there to help. I would welcome Colin Garlic back, he seemed to be a really great person to have around the club.
  17. For the second time in a week, this is my last positive post of the season in our last must win game until next week. Burton 1 - 2 Vale. I would love to see Massey and Loft score. I have not said anything nice about them, so time for them to stick two fingers up to me and fight fight fight for the Vayul. 913 Valiants.
  18. Not always, Brighton away for example in ‘94 was 3pm on a Saturday. They did start to change it towards the late 90’s on and off just to piiss fans off…..disguised as giving the lower leagues more exposure which is a croc. still time for it to be move to a Sunday yet.
  19. Which is exactly what I am saying, he finally achieved his ambition having put the kiss of death on it a million times.
  20. I predict that next season's schiit squad will be down to missing targets due to not know what league we would be in.
  21. We can't all always agree, my opinion is that he was crap. Apart from one season, he finished lower every year and managed to achieve his ambition 'having never been relegated as player or manager' as he used to spout. I thought he was complete gash. Nothing against the guy and wish him well with his health.
  22. Sheffield....who went on to make a profit of over 5.5milion quid from him. The problem was that Rudge signed him and was sacked a week later. Ballbag Horton then played Bent on the right wing instead of as a natural striker.
  23. Probably my last chance of a positive post this season.... Vale 2 - 1 Oxford.......providing we don't gift them a goal with stupidity. Att: 5,495 Can I stay awake longer than 20 minutes this week?
