  1. That'll be the next pravda line. Woe is us, we've only spent the majority of history at this level and above. We got promoted too early you see.
  2. Anyone else already feeling sick about McKirdy's hat trick for Swindon next season?
  3. Joel Cooper from Oxford.
  4. 5. It's Charlton or Burton. Burton have a tough run in that includes several relegation 6 pointers. Clarke will keep Cheltenham up. Probably at our expense. Go arnnn Flitters.
  6. Many won't. Long suffering stalwarts. Is there anyone still at the club who hasn't been replaced with a yes man who can snap her out of her hypnosis? The coaches wife says we'll be ok. Flickers. 3 wins in 5 months, averaging 2.5 points a MONTH if we lose Tuesday. Among the lowest goal scorers in the football pyramid. I dread to think what the results would be if I started posting form tables going back to Jan 23 inclusive. It is incomprehensible to me how blinded she has become.
  7. Saw this comment on facebook, the bloke is spot on.
  8. I think it's <ovf censored> scary for next season.
  9. All hypothetical conjecture but if you did, we'd (based on PPG before and since) finish on just 33.
  10. After beating Northampton in September we didn't win again for 12 games. Since beating Blackpool in December we haven't won for 9 games. Less than 3 points is not an option.
  11. DFs own words prove you have. Why?
  12. Just realised Cambridge have 9 strikers on the books. 9! Do you reckon they might take pity and let us borrow one for the run in? Names that have been mentioned on here in recent times too. Lyle Taylor, Kachunga, Bonne. Ahadme on loan from Ipswich has scored 7 in 20 this season for them.
  13. It's remarkable how consistently wrong you are about everything! Div 2 - 41 seasons Div 3 - 47 seasons Div 4 - 23 seasons
  14. Are you absolutely certain that's true?
  15. Yerrsssss! This is really all the fans fault bingo!
  16. Again, irrelevent conjecture that acknowledges none of the facts about DFs and the club's performance.
  17. What does that actually mean? What is the tangible benefit to PVFC that money that could and should have gone towards staying in L1 is instead earmarked for a second set of changing rooms (vanity project) and a new office on the training pitch (vanity project) The club is running before it can walk. Fiddling while Rome burns. Cart before the horse. Any related idiom you can think of is demonstrably, evidentially true of the club's actions this season.
  18. The current incumbent has us as the 142nd lowest goal scorers in the 144 team EFL+conference. Probably 144th next week. "There's no guarantee a replacement would be any better" is utterly meaningless, you could say that about anything. Why would I do that? Who's mentioned that? No one other than you, writing fantasies. All conjectured fantasy. 142/144 goals scored is reality. Vale in the drop zone is reality. Burton brining in 4 forwards in January including a lad from Man Utd is reality. Vale bringing in absolutely no one and now suffering for it is reality.
  19. This is such a lazy trope. David Flitcroft is not the only person in the universe capable of being PVFC's DOF despite the apparent infatuation with him. Given he'd never done it before, literally anybody with previous EFL managerial experience is as qualified as he was when she hired him.
  20. Has he destroyed Cheltenham yet? When he was hired they were rock bottom having not scored in 9 games. They're 16th in the form table since he came in, having accumulated over double the points we have. Over their last 10 games they're 10th in the table, so much for "he will decimate their squad in January". Pett got an assist and embarassed us didn't he? Taylor scored didn't he? Where is your evidence that "digging up the pitch", or in actual fact fixing broken and inadequate drains is an objectively bad thing? Carol was crowing about how great a job Flitters did regarding it in the open letter. Where's your evidence that changing home ends was entirely owned by Clarke? Home fans have better facilities than they did in the Bycars now don't they? "desperate signings like Hussey" in the context of what's happened since, Uche etc, is utterly desperate in itself mate. He rescued us from nailed on relegation in his first season and then his desperate signings got us promoted in his first full season. Your vendetta can't change history and facts.
  21. NS - 24 league goals 9 League one / 12 League two / 3 Conference RL - 23 league goals* 4 League one / 16 League two / 3 PL2 * 3 goals at PL2 which is U21s. So really it's 20 goals at league mens level.
  22. 17 players left the club that summer when he came in. You keep going on about this player turnover thing and it's just another stick for you to hit Clarke with, as per below. Those "yes man" players got us promoted in their first season. The "soul" ripped out included Brisley, Mills and Guthrie. The quotes below tell us what we need to know about your judgement. I note you couldn't bring yourself to comment after the Cheltenham result, remind me were they and us were in the league when he joined and where they and us are now?
  23. Pope scored significantly (8, 35%) more league goals in one season, 12/13, than Loft has scored in his entire 200 game career. Nathan Smith, a centre half, has scored more career league goals than Loft. As have Chislett and Garrity from midfield. Even Grant, another defender, isn’t far behind. 23 goals since 2014. WTF was Flitcroft thinking?
  24. It's actually even worse than this but I gave up. If you include 3 of the divisions from step 7 we're actually 201/208 in the form table. I can't be arsed to work out the 4th division from that level as the data is all over the place, it's literally village level. Step 7 is that low down there are two clubs who've pulled out of the league halfway through.
