Is anyone clued up on ffp rules in the football league? Heard something today that could explain our complete lack of any kind of effort to put a squad together to stay in this league. Something along the lines if you can spend whatever you want up to league 2 level but different rules in l3ague 2? Some I speak to are confident, due to this, that we'll rebuild well in the summer. I'm finding it hard to believe but I haven't researched myself.

We've got no business at all in this league. The gap between us and Oxford today is massive. We haven't even given this a proper go for the last two seasons. Darrell kept us up last year.

That was a decent performance, much improved. Under most circumstances you'd have that as a great point. Saturday was an improvement, tonight even more so. If we'd got anyone with a bit of killer instinct up front we could have won either game I think. I'd keep that 11 for Saturday

I think this is spot on. I'm 42 and I think the Pugh/Tonge side was the worst. Didn't we stay in the football league on goal difference or by 1 point with that side?
