Filling a page in the Sentinel as was the interview people were up in arms about. Put both articles together and you get; We're going to have a real go on limited resources. Interesting that separately there's less for those with an anti Adams agenda to have a go about in the latest offering so there are far fewer responses.

His stock is high with me at present and, over nine months, I'm looking forward to a successful season. I expect that success to be achieved by hard work and intensity on the field of play rather than a raft of big name signings though. Part of what contributed to success last season was relatively low expectations from the crowd and recalibrating so we know what success actually looks like next season would be very helpful.

If we end up flirting with relegation after Christmas, I'm all for considering Adams' position, I'm not particularly sentimental about the bloke and following the disgraceful treatment he had at ?Torquay, I doubt he's very sentimental about us, which I wouldn't blame him for. For now we need him more than he needs us and personally, I don't hold one scrap of resentment for either his going to SUFC or joining the previous board. I believe others should drop those issues as well as it impacts on the stability of the club.

All managers are paid to manage, 10 a season win promotion, out of 72, I am happy if MA is one of them. But few are perfect, and opinions will differ on what happens during a season, otherwise there would be few comments.
