He answered you question though. The issue now is that everyone thinks that they work for Watchdog and have to do secret recordings. No wonder he never answers things directly

He never things directly because he's a scheming, vile, spineless, oxygen wasting ****.

I do not blame him. Some people want to ask questions but the others just like to shout abuse and bang his car as he drives off

Id like to add...... What do you bring to the table as a director??

How much money can you pump into the club?

I know the answers though..... Nothing and none.

**** off Glenn.

Agree he prob does not bring much/anything to the table.

But, it is not a directors role to "pump money" into a business. They can raise capital by issuing debt, or goto the shareholders via a rights issue, but they certainly aren't expected to stick their hand in their own pocket any more than any other shareholder is.

And theres the problem.

They havent raised capital.

We are worse off ON and OFF the pitch now than we were 8 years ago regardless of what Bratt says.

So for the love of this football club why dont they do the decent thing?

How many investors is this now that have been brushed aside?

They are in it for their own personal gain and god only knows the state of the books and what they have done without telling us.

Like i said, they are all scum and believe you me, edited by admin

What do you make of Mr Oliver's refusal to accept the legitimate takeup of shares that the directors issued whilst the company continues to trade insolvent and have cashflow problems?

Sure, like any director of any company. Nobody does the job for charity.

Its up to the shareholders to get rid if they don't like how the company is being run. In that regard, roll on the EGM.

But in all honesty, the easiest way out of this is to pay them off. Its how these things get resolved in the real world, no matter how unpalatable the shareholders find it. In my opinion, all this could have been settled yonks ago if Mo had been prepared to slip em a few quid to go. The mistakes that are made when asking the wrong people to be directors of a business are very hard to fix retrospectively. You cant just wish them away. They control the business.

Then he should communicate with the very people he is responsible too,and remember as much as he would like, the club does not belong to him or Jackson he is only a custodian for the shareholders and supporters===

Try asking him a question without turning into abuse then you might get some answers. The man is not thick and will not be led into a stupid question that you lot will twist.

Is it? I thought they got control on the cheap?

Hasn't one director only invested 500 quid? How is he ever going to voluntarily give up the perks of his role in return for 500 quid. It gets him and his missus a season ticket in the paddock!

He offered to pay them back the share value of 8 years ago when we were in a division higher.

So yes, its a fantastic offer considering how far we have fallen because quite honestly PVFC shares are worthless.

Why? Just offer them 50k flat + 15gbp per share to buy their shareholding from them. Plus maybe a nice 10 years directors box tickets. It could have all been wrapped up nice and friendly ages ago.

Instead, Mo makes an offer that is now zero pounds for them to leave office. Why on earth would they vote for that?

Dont let your own hatred of the individuals on the board get in the way of what is in the best interest of the club.

Its not a fantastic offer though. You misunderstand the value to the board. Its not their "shares" (which entitles them to nothing more than a vote at a general meeting and a right to any dividends declared (zero) ) that are of value. It is their control of the club (which entitles them to a whole bunch of perks and prestige) that is of value.

Who wouldn't swap 500 quid for the right to ponce about as a football league director?
