With due respect I know the song isnt about bradford but just reading the title brought back vivid memories of the bradford fire.

Sadly any football song about a fire would have the same effect, it just has that association for me, it may not conjure up the horrific images for everyone and Im not saying it should.

well if you've got no self respect then you wont have any respect for the feelings of those who lost loved ones in 1985,to be stuck that far up oneself must hurt like hell. adeu.

It isn't that I have no self respect as I do have self respect and plenty of it.You misunderstood what it was about and that you now have to throw out an insult about being stuck up oneself.Attack the post and not the person posting. If that is the only way that you can express yourself which you also did earlier in this thread then you need to start thinking about what you say.Have a look through the thread and see the minus/ red marks you have managed to collect along the way.

jesus wept how has a song been twisted to it being related to bradford.it was obvious it being banter at shrewsbury!!!

and i very much doubt vale fans singin abt the terrible day of 85.

before i knocked dwn ive seen the police coverage and listen to police recordings...so im well aware what a horrific day it was.

and got full respect for them.

but it bein sung at oxford..or where ever will never ever b linked to us disrespecting bradford....which its obvious its not.

Come on melv, when have football chants and songs been known for their sensitivity?

Maybe it's bookworm you should be saying that to.He the one complaining.I don't condone such to be sung to Bradford fans and I don't expect any respectable Vale will sing it to them. But it was bookworm that bought Bradford into the debate,a debate that was nothing at all to do with Bradford.
