I think they have 3 weeks to call it, then it has to take place within 4 weeks of the date they announce it. Assuming V2001 will drag it out as long as possible, we're probably looking at 7 weeks.

Is it just me that feels that had this great news been pro-board that it would have been in 2" headlined letters?. The local media should be helping us far more than they are in my opinion.

Is this not pointless though as they still hold the majority of the shares, so they can just out vote anyone anyway. Without the Robbie shares all this is a total waste of time.

 

What does worry me is how we seem to have some fans doing the "dirty work" of Mo. I really have this deep down feeling that the pro board will be saying "told you so" in the future.

marky mark , the problem is that the people who say that something is not right with mo have NO EVIDENCE of what isnt right . all fans want is that if there is something wrong with mo's offer GIVE US THE PROOF *** . ignorance and silence are useless when trying to form an opinion but thats all we get from v2001.

there's either a cunning plan to sneakily buy hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of shares whilst the boards not looking or it's a waste of time.
