If they don't walk for this bid then they really have brought everything upon themselves. I know you'll all disagree but I'd even reinstate the offer to buy their shares for a few days to make it that bit easier for them to leave.

If the board accept the revised bid and expedite the formality of processing (post due diligence) then that might pave the way for some constructive dialogue on this front - as has always been the case. We never wanted a drawn out and tiresome bid process but in the aftermath of BB very publically breaching the confidence of our initial informal meeting way back in November forcing us into the public domain, we have had no choice. As has always been the case the next move is that of the board - who can end all of this at 24 hours notice, should they so wish.
