Im not fed up yet, as ive not bought one as yet.So if it does fall through ive lost nowt. Or it could be another two to three weeks comming all over again.

apparently all theseason ticket money is ring fenced by the administrator and can not b touched until the new owner has completed all parts of the takeover so everyones money is safe

Correct,everyones money is safe,but can anyone get that money back?If the Ryder deal falls through and it takes until say October to sort out a new deal/owner wouldn't season ticket ' buyers' have to pay on the gate aswell.Anyone had their season ticket yet?Bollards to paying twice.

Everybody should be able too take there money back.... Not 100% but I'm sure some consumer rights laws would be successful in getting a refund...

 

After all you have paid for a service or a product that you have not recieved.... I'm glad I have not got my ST yet!! :)

Any before you all get on my back...

 

I have my own place, car, ETC ETC and I was planning on getting a ST on the terms that we looked at the possibility that we will have a good season, and yea albeit paying a higher charge for missing the early bird... But at the time I couldn't afford it... If we lose all of our players I will not be getting a ST and making extra sacrifices... I will just go to the most appealing games.. :)

Thanks for the advice, I probably will if I get my refund, just like a lot of others, leaving plenty of empty seats for people like you to clap like sealions and accept any crap the club throw at you - enjoy!

Personally i would never consider supporting another club just cos vale are cr@p. I'd rather not support a club at all..my heart just would not be in it
