You can shove your season ticket renewal up your arse!

Players sold left, right and centre and all we do is replace them with loans.

A joke of a club. Joke of a chairwoman!

Fascinating observing the roller coaster emotions, positive/negative posts and counter posts whilst I sit here in Singapore waiting on a flight. Early morning here so no tiredness from me so will keep watching and hoping for good news.

loan v permanent I am not sure matters unless a perm is a good transfer earner later given the high churn of players in modern football (re some posts on call for perms). Ok maybe some loyalty and passion eg from the likes of Smith and continuity between seasons eg Ripley for next season. But I saw passion and commitment from Blaster so what the management team call the right characters for Vale is important.

Also remember every player with very few exceptions has a better player in their position out there and even Man City fans crave new better players.

We have a finite budget as well articulated by many and a sensible excellent owner we should be thankful for so please all get behind our beloved Vale.

I think we all agree some more goalscoring capability would be welcomed as that is a clear weakness not least in depth should any further injuries occur.

Anyway at the cheapest £10-£12 a pint I have found so far in Singapore I might as well chip in for a striker myself rather than go on a bender as it probably costs the same!

Enjoy the rest of the window.

What I will say is let’s not get abusive towards Carol. She’s clearly gaslighted by Flitcroft and possibly Crosby.

Both of who couldn’t care less about Port Vale Football Club. They are all about their own “philosophy” and progressing their career at the detriment of the club.

Wow - could you be any more condescending towards Carol? - a successful businesswoman? Perhaps you should meet her and mansplain what she's doing "wrong"?

How do they see us winning games of football?

I haven't studied FFP rules closely enough. But the breach of rules consequences seem to be sporting. That is a deduction of points.

If a club gets in overall financial trouble  then the directors have a duty to address that. They need to bring income and expenditure back into line. If they cant do that they should stop trading or maybe sell the club to someone who will introduce new money. What they should not do is continue trading at a loss so they run out of money when creditors of all types cannot be paid. HMRC are often the ones to bring the final curtain down then if NI and Tax due haven't been paid over.

So...that never seems to be enforced?

I'm not sure what the levels are for EFL, but Prem teams are supposed to lose no more than £35million per year, over a 3 year accounting period...£105 million total. Everton seem to have fallen foul by losing the £35million...or more, in the 4th year, and so exceeded the £105 over 3 years ruling. I think there defence may be that they're being judged on 2 of the the same 3 years' accounts...twice? Whichever - it's not something I'd like to happen to the Vale!

Now Facebook saying deal fell through paperwork not done in time…. If true I think we’re going down

I’ve met her.

Flitcroft has her wrapped around his little finger.

Crosby ain’t for me.

Pipe down. You don’t even know who I am.

They don’t.

Academy equals money.

It’s all about money.
And pittance at that!

Only the fans can sort this out and it starts on Saturday when we inevitably lose.

Flitcroft and Crosby out and I hope the fans inevitably turn to this because she is so blinded by it all it’s untrue.

Shameful if that's the case. Sounds like eggs in one basket again.

Genuinely thought we'd get a young loan in at least, not to get that is utterly pathetic

Waited as long as possible before posting to give time to see if we get anyone else in but if this is our transfer dealings done, I am disgusted and fuming.  It was clear to everyone before the day we needed a LWB and 2 strikers.  We have signed a centre-half and a winger, I have always liked Mighten but unless Crosby does something that we have not done all season and go 4 at the back, that is a pointless signing, he is a winger and not a wing-back or a number 10.  This is a shocking window for me if completed, we are a Wilson injury away from having Loft on his own up front, that is shameful and an insult to us Vale fans.  We took a gamble last January when well clear of the drop zone and nearly paid for it, this time we are 3 points above the drop zone and we have done the same again.  If we lose at Fleetwood, I will be calling for Flitcroft's head.  I am Crosby's biggest critic but he has been dealt a shocking hand.
