Can you help - Vale 3-2 Man City video footage from 1997

I've had a request from a Man City fan. His club didn't produce a season review in 1997-8 as they were relegated but he wanted to produce a retrospective one. 

I have lots of Vale videos but I don't have the club's season review for that season. On the other tapes, as many are blank tapes with clips recorded off the TV it's tricky to find specific games from my footage. 

So, does anyone have any of the following?

1. A copy of Vale's 1997-98 season review video I could borrow? I can convert from VHS to digital.

2. Any footage (digital or VHS) of the 3-2 home win on 4th November 1997

I might have the video somewhere - I'll have a look (might take me a while though as it will be in a loftspace somewhere if I still have it). Was this the game where Uwe Rosler needed gas and air on the pitch? - I remember being very concerned for him at the time.

That was the return match at home from the same season. This was a Tuesday night at Maine Road.

I remember watching the goals on Granada Lunchtime News through a TV shop window the following day.

Snijders made it 1-1 with a tame free kick that the City keeper somehow allowed to slip underneath his body. Talbot got our second equaliser just before half time when he nipped in with a header at the near post.

I do have the third goal in decent quality on the Tony Naylor DVD. It's also on this video at 2:13

Ah - the text from Rob said 3-2 home win so I thought it was the home game but you are correct that the 4th was at Maine Road. 

My plan is to look up the loft tomorrow morning so will report back - depends if it is one of the videos I had and if I've kept it. Got a feeling that it is up there but will let Rob know.

Sorry no... - it seems that my vale video collection has been disposed of without my knowledge as I cannot find them anywhere.  No one seems to know anything about their disappearance but am assuming it was charity shopped with the thought 'he'll never miss these old things'. Gutted as I had a fair few seasons worth 😞
