Don't know why everyone is so pleased. V2001 consists of many hundreds of innocent fans who have lost money due to the arrogance and ineptitude of the previous board. By celebrating the death of V2001, you are sticking two fingers up to many good people.

My very last reply on V2001,it was a very good idea but unfortunately greed took over and certain people rigged the system to take full advantage.Its these scumbags we should be happy to be rid of not the idea of V2001.A brighter future for the club is on the horizon with mr Ryder at the helm,lets hope he has a smoother passage than a certain capt smith from hanley.

Good summary--a pity that what appeared in the beginning to be a good movement and a truly fan-based model to run our beloved club, never came to fruition thanks to the greed of some individuals, apathy from the majority of fans and 'fiddling' of the original V-2001 constitution. We live & learn and hopefully now move forward to bigger & better things? But in idealistic terms, still a pity it didn't work as we had all hoped after the administration in 2000!
