Good coverage about the EGM but disappointing there doesn't seem to be a mention of Starve Em Out yet again.

To be fair, the Starve it Out campaign is another pressure group being applied from a different angle so this article is about the inevitable EGM that is about to be called next week by shareholders and fans.

Would such people need to be voted for before they could be appointed.Or is it slightly different with a interim board.Who decide's who should be on,not be on the interim board?

We need all forms back by Thursday 14th April. So only eight or nine days, but I think you will be able to scan and email as well as by normal post. Shareholders should expect to receive their letters by Wednesday next week.

 

Malcolm is in Chesterfield today (I'm looking after kids - Booo!) so I am sure he will fill you in with the rest. I don't want to say too much as all will be revealed in the Letter and Requisition Form.

Yes I believe they need to be voted in to facilitate the transfer of funds by Mo. They have been chosen as a interim board whilst hopefully the board will be voted off. An interim board is needed in this transitional period.
