Two shivers down my spine - The first was when the tanny announcer asked us all, whether we were SEO, B&G, or whatever, to support the team, leading to massive cheer. The second was the "stand up if you love the vale" chant, just at the right time to see Dodds' first.

Really heartwarming to see EVERY supporter behind the club. A real lump in the throat moment. Fantastic night and fantastic support.

 

Nights like this show that we all must give whatever we can to save our club and work hard to bring back the good old days.

 

Great respect to all the staff, players and management. Thanks for sticking with us. :yes:

had a tear in my eye as we sang last night it was very special to me personally it ended my 18 month hatred for the people running the club and reafirmed myself as a vale fan

 

as i walked past the lorne street i stopped for a few mins and chatted with carpetman, at the place where i had vented so much anger over the past months and years, it was a very strange feeling

It made my night that did. The paddock was up, then to see the bycars and lorne street rise as one made me realise that this is the start of a new era of PVFC. Its been many years since the fans have been that united in voice.

 

Paul Marshalls tweet confirmed this for me

 

The fans was class again tonite when they was singing stand up if you love vale I couldn't hear myself think! #VeryLoud #pvfc
