Mo Chaudry is not the messiah

I have a feeling that it wont be Mo Chaudry that takes over in the end,if it is those that think hes going to plough millions in and we will automatically become successful over night need to get real.History suggests that buying a football club to make profit is folly on the whole.

Who will buy the club then, wise one?

You said Mo Chaudry won't take over - so who will?

I won't be surprised if Mo doesn't get it if he thinks he can get it for next to nowt and he thinks he's the only game in town. I am sure others will surface once advertised nationally by the administrators

Whether they are better or not - who knows!

I'm sure he is a lot shrewder than that, but I agree that he won't be the only game in town.

As has been said, however, a lot will depend on fans' views as the main customers of the business - that is why the pro-V2001/anti-Mo gang are getting worried and trying to drive wedges between fans who do support Mo.

I don't think he has' date=' he's asked a question of a statement you've made, perfectly reasonable. Who do you think will take over if it's not Mo and/or why do you think this?[/quote']

Just messin with mark,As i said just a feeling nothing based on anything it just seems how sometimes these things pan out that the obvious does not come to pass for what ever reason time will tell.

From the way some post i feel there would be a lot of unfair expectation put on MC.

And there was me thinking you were ignoring me! ;)

I agree some do think he will be the messiah and that expectation needs to be tempered.

I also feel all none v2001 related bids need to be given serious consideration if detailed business proposals are realeased.

I think that, if people really have proper concerns about Mo with evidence to back up these concerns and presuming that these concersn relate to his ability to run a business then they need to be aired.

We don't want to go from the frying pan to the fire.

Problem is, no one says anything like that - its all "he's a bit, y'know". Yet, no one seemed to care that Peter Miller wasn't a Vale fan, or that he has previous, or that he isn't a football man in any meaningful sense of the phrase.

You could not make it up.

At the moment the pros and cons of Mo's plan are hypothetical. If the club goes into administration, why don't we just wait to see what he does next? If Mo decides to mount a takeover bid then he will no doubt communicate with the fans and answer any questions or address any concerns they may have. If other offers come in, they should get no more or less consideration than Mo. I believe that Mo is not only the right option, but the only interested party. Some fans will disagree with Mo's strategy, but at the end of the day he is supported by a vast majority of onlookers.

I dont think you will find many against MC.Who ever takes over will never please everyone i think that would be impossible.I think we have seen enough of Vale fans in charge.
