I can see from previous posts that the SC have had to balance certain things in deciding how to play this, but I would be concerned if we have given up the right to call the shots on the EGM (Day, Date, Venue, Agenda etc) in order to avoid the "possibility" of paying the costs. I would have thought it much better to dictate than be dictated to. Mold (and their predecessors) have proven to be cornered rats and should be treated as such.

The 21 days limit expired last night.It was obvious that they would drag it out as long as possible.It is now weekend so nothing can be done till Monday.
