Deakin needs to be careful if he wants to involve the police especially if hes not whiter than white himself

 

In my opinion Deakin cant press charges on Vale fans only individuals

 

The Harassment Act was designed to protect vulnerable women from domestic stalkers and I dont think Staffs police will want to generate approx 12 crimes and prosecute approx 12 individuals wont do the crime figures much good !

 

He would have to take out individual charges he cant prosecute 4k at the next home game for shouting at him
