Shelley's re-union at The Sugarmill - Boxing Day Rave.

For those who were part of the old dance scene back in the day and went to places Shelley's, The Void, Satchmo's and the like; I thought I'd mention that there is a big rave tomorrow night at The Sugarmill.

Shelley's re-union. Should be class. I was only little during this era so never got to go these sorts of nights in Stoke. Went to Satchmo's a couple of times on a Saturday night couple of times before it shut down, that's about it.

It's about time Stoke hosted some big nights out again, tomorrow should be a big un!

Need more of this in Stoke. Nights out round town are prety dreadful nowadays, having to end up in a club playing X factor rejects and other useless commercialised trype, while everyone wades through the spilt beer and broken glass on the floor and has to avoid the drunks who are intent on banging into every body. Saying that, even if Stoke had somewhere decent to go to, it would still atract the same chavs. Guess that's why I'm off to Bristol for new years eve.

Yeah exactly. Really annoying when I have to go to London, Manchester etc for these nights out, nothing around these parts as you say!:(

But tonight should be decent, one of the old Djs Daz Willot is playing, alongside Dave Seaman (not the ex-Arsenal keeper), who used to play at Shelleys fair bit back in the day I'm led to believe?
