Far be it for me to defend the hairy one, but he just doesnt want the club in the hands of one person whoever that one person might be.

 

He rather a group of people Steal the Club and get paid for the privilege, rather than one man putting money into the club. The mans a genius!

He did a great job at the EGM to try to get the shareholders to vote for the Jackson 5 so he can stick his books where the sun dont shine, :yes:

 

He had plenty to say at a SC meeting before all the news broken, he has kept a low profile and his gob shut since. :D

Come on is he that bad? My understanding is he was in favour of the 24.9% rule. Keeping that was passed with a big majority at the EGM.

 

You are incorrect ,

 

The 24.9% rule was part of special resolution 1 that required a 75% rule to pass ,

 

It got a majority to pass but did not reach the 75% ,thats why it failed.

I believe Bratt said he would put it to the shareholders to change the rule when he was working day and night on the Ameriturd deal.Funny how things changed wasn't it?
