Not sure whether Phil Sherwin should accept nothing illegal has happened until the full facts come out as there is clearly a lot mire to come in terms of revelations undoubtedly.

Fair point, just saying that as it stands at the moment nothing illegal has been proved (or even alleged) and until it is we can't accuse them of it or we'll be in the wrong. As soon as something illegal is proved, then we've got them! Plenty of immoral acts though.
