You are an idiot, the money goes to Port Vale Football club it allows you to attend matches it doesn't go into Smurth pockets.Bad as he is he has subsidised Vale for a few seasons although not wisely spent. If you just want an excuse to not go then don't go and don't moan or post here. I have seen a lot worse directors at Vale none put in the money he had put in and some made worse mistakes than him! I once remember doing a cycle ride to Hereford to raise funds for the Vale in the late 70's, what did the directors do with the money? They put new seats in the directors box! You ain't seen nothing Vale history littered by poor directors for more than 50 years which is why they are always in trouble in some way or other. Will things change, no this has been Vale since 1876, we always find a way to fight another day.
