"I am watching the Port Vale situation with increasing interest to see if this new "investment" materialises. I hear rumours that Mike Lloyd has gone to America to try and make something happen. Hope he knows more than last time I saw him at Baddeley Green.....totally clueless on that occasion."

I am pleased that Mo is still interested, he has always said it was out of his hands after the EGM fiasco and I understand that. I would still welcome a joint venture involving MS and MC with MC's team in waiting, coming in to run the club in a professional and correct manner. Only time will tell.

 

I have little doubt in my own mind that desperate is an understatement at the moment with regards our finance situation and some directors may rue the day that they would not accept Mo's offer to buy their shares at face value, because I dont think the American deal will come through.

 

Dont get me wrong, I would welcome any investment as long as it is good for Port Vale FC. But it has got to match what has already been offered or better to be of any credence.

what do you think of our performances this season Mo? Being the massive fan you are i expect you have been disapointed with our performance against Southend but even more gutted how we got robbed by Wilmbledon on Saturday?

I would imagine that like many (and no, I can't name names, it's only my opinion), he wonders what might have been, still, we are where we are.
