You might have it on good authority, but it doesn't sound like it from his e-mails. Where did this rumour he's going to become chairman come from then? He'd have to buy 50k's worth of shares (assuming he did sell the old lot) and then it would require another Micky type vote. Unless the board have bought up a majority of shares it wouldn't pass. If they have done, they can appoint Gadaffi, Susan Boyle, Boomer.... whoever they want (with the aid of a Jackson proxy).

A legal company cannot represent both clientele against each other so it is down to who has the biggest clout, I cannot see Mo letting that happen.

Before the EGM Chris, it was stated on here that Bratt and co had agreed to stand down if Lee invested £300,000. Lee even confirmed this in his first email, however I read it was blocked by Jackson who wanted £600,000. So not sure if it comes from there.

wether you are pro or anti board, the thing that rankles me is that in January when we were crying out for another forward due to MR's injury and possibly another winger, no money was made available, even with the Adams compensation money.

 

Yet they "found" £50k to buy shares......thats what really ****#s me off.

 

We were still in a relatively good league position and the injection of a couple of quality players in the short term could have made all the difference.
