Why target RL, he's explained why he did what he did. If you're going to rail on someone it should be MC. He's issued some public statements with business plans, promises of investment etc, sat back and orchestrated B&G, SEO, NLV and a section of Vale fans unwittingly to do the dirty work for him. When it came to the crunch he wouldn't put up and now he threatens legal action. Just what are MC's real motives as far as PVFC are concerned. He should back off and let PVFC move forward. If RL has funds and wants to be chairman then fine he's shown himself to be astute, he may not be Bill Gates in monetary terms and has a track record of backing the Vale.

Mo Chaudry did not orchestrate the B&G,SEO,NLV they are independent groups that want change and the removal of the Board of Directors.

Mo Chaudry has said £5 for the ordinary shareholder but the offer to the Directors was withdrawn and Rob Lee/Broxap are not an ordinary shareholder they sponsored a Director and are therefore part of the Board.

The threat of legal action is because the shares were sold "conditionally"

in a deal agreed with Rob Lee who approached Mo Chaudry and there is clear evidence in writing via email of this agreement.

PVFC can't move forward under the present regime and only once the three remaining Directors resign as they should following a vote of no confidence can the club get investment and move forward.

Mo Chaudry has set out the plans to move the club foward achieve Academy Status and return to Championship football within 5 years

and is prepared to put in 5 million.....Rob Lee has just taken 50k out.

Rob Lee stitched up Mo Chaudry and the fans and shareholders and is

a figure of much hate amongst the Vale nation and would alienate even more fans if that was at all possible in an attempt to become Chairman.

If Mo so badly wishes to own PVFC he should have written a cheque for 50k and handed it to Mr Lee prior to the EGM rather than running the risk of what is now occurring at the club.

I now have concerns that Mo perhaps isn't as you all seem think, the perfect solution.

How does any one think he is the perfect solution ?

My main criticism of Rob Lee's correspondence is that he says Mo would damage to club, but was also willing to sell his shares to him and seemingly said he would make a good chairman. However, I do agree that Mo was sloppy in the purchase of the shares.

I don't necessarily think he is the perfect solution

Me with a £1 Billion is the perfect solution as I'd never to anything to harm the club, I'd want us to be in the premiership in 5 seasons and blow half my money to do it

Mo is the ONLY solution

:yes::yes::yes::yes:

I give up.

Can someone please explain to me, in what way was the purchase of Rob Lee's shares good for the club? It was good for certain directors, who surely, if acting in the responsible interests of the club should have purchased £50k's worth of NEW shares.

Mo has been trying to buy NEW shares for 8 months. We need new shares, or complete buy out, which brings fresh money to the table to help us push on.

We are just a sitting duck waiting to take a bullet.

Do not expect Banbell to give an answer he IS a board stooge, is tasked by them to hijack threads to their own agenda's right now his task is to discredit Mo, thats all he is trying to do.

I just can't get my head around that if there was £50k going spare why was this not invested as new shares? Unless, of course, the good of Port Vale wasn't on the agenda.

If this is Bobby Lees' best attempt at getting the fans on his side and trying to discredit his main challenger to 'the throne' then heaven help us !

He sounds just like his current mates on the Board .

It's so disappointing to think that these playground children hold the reigns to our Club .
