With rumours abound that The Board are going to dig their heels in and take their fight through the Courts when they are voted off on Wednesday.

 

Once voted off can a director be re-elected?

 

 

If NO, why prolong the misery, is it just to destroy the club?

A wild guess and nothing more they will try and claim that they cant all be voted off as it would leave the club with less than minimum director's.

 

But would a vote of no confidence of the board then work in out favour?

Better make sure that Bratt and Jackson are voted off first then so that if 3 have to be left, it won't include them!

Is it possible to just elect a fourth member to the interim board? I'm guessing that would require another EGM?

Alphabetical order seems fair in that case for the first two.

Chill out. Once they are voted off they are shareholders and supporters. Only. Just like the rest of us. They can litigate if they want. But not with OUR money. The best they can hope for is a successful Vale, so their share purchase was not in Vain.
