Not only in Stoke. In Lincoln yesterday and saw two young lads get hit by a drunken yob. They were just sitting on a bench listening to this lad busking When we went over, he just ran off shouting obscenities and threw is can at us all. On the way hitting young lads who just got in the way of him.

 

Police came and from the description they just said "Oh that is Chilly again". They know they wont get punished - just a slapped wrist and told not to do it again.
