According to this seems it's not his nakedness as such that has been the repeated issue but contempt of court and breach of the peace....it's the persistant criminal behavior that is totting up his sentences.

 

Maybe he needs help more then imprisonment

 

That's the chap. Exactly my point. It's the re-offending that has got him into trouble yet nobody seems to want to address the why he continues - nobody is harmed except for the "the law". Surely after the first couple of sentences somebody should have looked at this differently.

So someone managed to smuggle a phone in to the prison..this sort of thing has always happened and always will. Obviously those in charge do what they can to stop it but no system is perfect

 

I prefer to focus on the fact that the vast majority are serving their time in a high security environment and are unable to do such as this cos of the hard work of those in charge of security

 

A lad I know is in prison and got caught with a contraband phone, he got six months tacked into his sentence

Hopefully that got lots of publicity within the prison 'community' to act as a deterrent
