So Rob Lee has more shares than the Chairman Bill Bratt and the 4% Broxap

shareholding will vote against the Board.....add to this the shareholding of former Directors and the V2001 "cartel" 28% nolonger looks such a strong position going into the EGM where the vast majority of the rank and file shareholders will vote against the Board....If Robbie Williams does vote against the Board it will be a landslide but anyway it is looking like game up

for the V2001 "cartel".

Someone correct me if I seem to be wrong here, but in its core is this suggestion by Mr Lee, bribery in an unusual form? To win my vote you have to pay for it. This is how I see it (and I may be wrong) but if im not this is as low as it can get. IMHO

I thought much the same, it looks like he would sell to anyone that could afford to buy as he just wants out and who could blame him.

Don't think there is anything illegal, just looking after his own interests and in effect selling to the highest (read - only) bidder!

So in essence Rob Lee is a business man who invested in the club - but not a fan of the club - as if it were me Id just give whoever my proxiy. So based on this Mr Lee is someone else who the board allowed on who was not a fan at heart, but was willing to give them money, and in essence from that goes against the charter?

I did post earlier Mr Lee said Bratt hadn't got the dough to buy the shares. Was he offered them first?IMO no he wasn't.

We dont know this for sure though do we? either way Mr Lee is selling out to the highestbidder IMHO and that in its purest form based on how he worded it is bribery whether it be the baord or chaudry imho.

I think he is a fan, as he wishes to retain his seats in the directors box. He put enough money into shares in the club to claim a directorship, but due to business commitments, had Mudie to sit on the board for him. Pity RW did not claim 5 seats on the board, but like most of us, he trusted super fan Bratt to look after all our interests.============

If you were a fan Fosse, would you have done it this way. If you had the real best interests of the club at heart would you not have made a decision either way and cast your vote without outting a price on it?
