How many times has Bratt said that he'll stand down if fans want him to?

Would Bill Bratt with his courtroom blast of dishonesty by a judge? Would one with a custodial sentance under his belt? Would Mike Lloyd with his past financial background going bust for in excess of a million quid?

 

Pity these tests came into force after they were appointed and are not retrospectively enforcable.

The trouble is the board are muddying the waters, the EGM is not about electing MC, but rejecting the board and electing an interim board, in preparation for further investment. We understand most of it, but will shareholders without access to the internet? If MC doesnt refute the latest claims, it could jeopardize the next stage, but in doing so puts himself as the topic of the EGM.

this is where the board are winning they know they can say what they like the stage is their's regarding the media etc and they are posting the propganda the feel is needed

That third para muddies the waters as it's poorly written. But I read it the same way as you. If you're attending the GM then you vote there n then with the votes cast there n then being added to those already posted in.

I/WE should wait for NLV letter to arrive and use them for any proxy vote,I don't trust BB or anyone connected PVFC.If anyone did send them to VALE I would recommend using recorded delivery as proof of them been delivered, I wouldn't put it past them to open said letters and binning any with votes against them and putting the one's voting for them in another yellow envelope ....... call me paranoid if you wish but I wouldn't put it past them ......

You can still attend the EGM but your vote is already taken into account and will be counted honestly and fairly.

 

I simply would not trust the club with my proxy.

 

In any case, why would I want them getting any indication of how people are voting by sending it to them? Let the *******s sweat leading upto the GM.

yep bede good call that....by sending them to the board they would be in a position to 'fiddle' the count and also they would be in the dark right up to the day

I second this. If you havent already had NLV's letter, wait for it and use it as described.
