You are right there. It could also be that Bratty is now running all contract negoiations & new signings by MA whilst Micky has told him to pull his finger from up his ass and make Gazza the offer he deserves !!!

I am quite sure that if Mickey (or anyone else) took the Manager's job before the EGM and the current Board are voted off, the Manager would not have any claim for compensation as the LMA know what is going on and if someone thought it would be a compensation lookers dream then I am sure that any court would throw it out any claim as they would see through the scam.

 

On the contrary, the contarct would stand legally - If Adams signs a contarct with Port Vale FC, Port Vale FC will have to honour the contarct detail, just like the new Chairman will have to pay the gas bill for gas used to heat the previous Chairman's office.
