I know we all want/expect to see some bigger signings than we have got used to over the past few years. However I am more concerned about us losing the core of our team. It's not always the best team that finishes highest, and I think I big part of our success was the cohesion our lads had last season. So a lot of you out there may say we can do better than Lofty or McCombe or Morsy but I feel we are losing something crucial, team spirit. And that's something that can't be bought. Ask QPR fans.

Micky will build spirit and cohesion with whoever comes in. In all teams factory, shop, or warehouse people come and go and the boss finds out what motivates each individual some people in the team get on some don't. In football however if you have just gone up to a higher performing league it could be difficult if your defence has the pace of an asthmatic donkey in league 2 and will now be paying in league one.

Move on sentiment. Cohesion, apathy, joviality, will come in our new team I want pace, concentration and an ability to defend first most
