Can anyone recommend a curry house in Leek

as the title says really, I'm out in a couple of weeks and whilst I'm ok on where to drink I've never eaten out there before

Both of them terrible, Quarma is the smartest place and the food is good but the best award winning food is Bolaka on stockwell street just down from The Engine Room.

Bolaka is good but called Abdul spice now - smart and modern

More traditional restaurant (some may argue how a curry house should be) - The Shapla at the other end of the main street in town by Leek Utd HO

You'll eat well at either

Abdul's (Bolaka) - award winning chef - but be prepared to enjoy an evening out, its not a 'fast food' restaurant.

It's been a while since I went for a curry in Leek. There used to be a place called the Taj Mahal on the corner of Sheepmarket and St Edwards Street, I don't know if it's still there though. Bolaka Spice was highly rated but my sister's friend worked at SMDC in Environmental Health and it wasn't the most sanitary of places. That was a few years ago though.
