No matter what anyone says we are on a great run and with the attacking players we have,we have got to remain confident.

 

With a defence like ours now is,one goal conceded in 5 games and that was from a scramble that came through one mistake,we have every chance although i think Tuesday will be a very hard game ,after their result today i think they will be fire up and with 10 away wins will be dangerous.

No hurt pride here, but I do think he was on about "fans" like me. Have I booed or called for Micky out? No. Do I disagree with his team selections and times and think he is a one trick pony? Yes.

 

Regardless of whether he was on about me or not, criticising the fans publicly is not what a football manager should be doing.

Read my posts mate,I've never booed Vale in 53 years of watching them.It upsets me when they are ****.I'm happy when they are great.Micky has taken the hump and has accused people of not been ' real' fans.I will defend those fans against Micky 'Blade' Adams any day of the week.A more professional approach taken by him today would have been to be positive and not criticise the very people who most probably go to most games and spend their hard-earned doing so.He was out of order today.

Not just those who booed - he also referred to people criticising him from their computers. Micky's entitled to his opinion but in my view he overreacted. It's never a good idea to have a dig at your customers even if you think they're wrong.
