But IF the club were not so ignorant,arrogant and incompetent then maybe they would not mind paying for it.

Having paid £960 to be matchball sponsor and programme sponsor, I shouldn't have to pay any more for something that was part of the package.

Sadly, consumer rights are there to cover retailers as much as purchasers. The customer is only right at the disgresson of the retailer and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the purchasers contract.

 

However, I agree, the club are **** and you shouldn't have to collect something you've paid for.
