Forecast is not good for the game, heavy fog all day with VERY POOR visibility during the game time forecast for Burton :(

As you come to the roundabout outside the stadium from the A38 direction, take a right and keep going, you can park on the street and it's obviously free - I park there all the time and get no hassle. Anywhere really, you never get any trouble in there. I'd recommend going as far up as you can and as close to the half way line as you can get, as this will provide the best view.

 

It's always better going in the terrace for the atmosphere though I think. If you fancy it on the night, go in the Popside opposite the seating you can be near the Vale fans, plus that corner of the terracing always has lots of space left.
