The problem we have had for a fair few years is that other clubs seem to pick up young strikers on loan who start banging them in,we get ones in where you will be lucky if they hit 5,this is something that has GOT to change

I think he has been on loan at Tranmere but these are the type i think we will be looking at,those who have had decent spells but have lost their way a little bit for some reason

After competition between that little lot, the lad is clearly going to move for serious cash, both in transfer fees and wages.

Sadly Brady has already called it, there are no forward players available for "free". That means even the "decent" prem youngsters have got clubs and likewise releases from championship clubs etc...Horrible reality is as our esteemed OVF leader says, we may not get it sorted this window. The Rochdale lad is 31 ( not spelling his name) and has had a massive season but Rochdale hit lucky...

We will need to hit lucky with whoever but patience will be a virtue this coming season..we hopefully may be successful!

Another one i mentioned who someone else said was rubbish is interesting Gillingham, Callum Stead of Barnet. ( Kent news whispers ). 

Barnet already lost goalscoring midfielder Shelton to York.

Matt Rush at Boreham Wood will be a name mentioned but off the back of one good season at age 25. My Sutton Utd friends thought he was Conference South quality... 

Love this period of second guessing the "scouts" or the clubs "AI" on who might be good.

Were DF and DM AI appointments???
