I see Brandon Cover and Dajaune Brown have been called up to the Jamaica squad for the 2026 Unity Cup.

Cover would be classed as a defender no? Or has he since moved further up the field nowadays?

Nothing to dramatic. Just mentions as soon as he met moore he knew he wouldn't be in favour to the other defenders and the first six weeks were frustrating and thought he deserved to be starting

Theres a cracking bit about Darrell Clark and how strong the togetherness was within the dressing room with Tom calling him the best manager he's ever had.

I thought they both seemed rather uncomfortable talking about it all - looking stressed and like it was still very raw.

I think it's actually the opposite and he played further back at Vale than for most of his career. Up until moving to Vale he was predominantly a central midfield player. Overall I thought he was ok for us. He was inconsistent but young players are. He was also playing out of his preferred position.

Few weeks ago I played in a charity match up leek town on the same team as Wayne Corden. He must be in his 50's now but hes still got it. 90 minutes and still outrunning the young lads. Still had the trademark chop in the locker aswell.
