Look at his career, starts well at every club then gets caught out numerous times and is sacked. It wasn't Adams or gannon, it's Roberts unwillingness or inability to change. He didn't get his act together, her just got caught (at least 3 times).

Adams left, Gannon came in with his pi ss poor management technique and i heard the stories about Roberts. Adams came back and obviously Roberts had returned to his old ways and maybe had a grudge against adams for not fulfilling his apparent promise of taking him to sheff utd with him and continued drinking, which lead to him failing to turn into training twice in a week and his suspension, he had already sorted his move to mansfield and did the same thing only a few weeks later (in my opinion) with the hope of being sacked. So my point is, Adams can control off the rail players and if not you are out the door.
