Well even though I want Darren Moore to succeed at the Vale,I've just watched his interview and he doesn't exactly exude confidence, could it be he's realised it's a hopeless task with this lot 🤔

If Vale end up in league two I'd want the whole lot cleared out .

Why not give Moore a weekly contract why 5 and a half years it's absolute madness to give him a big contract like that as if he does badly he still gains financial reward

Personally you shouldn't be rewarded for failure a contract for a manager should be on merit .

Get the team playing well weekly and winning a slight increase of wage dependent on size of how much the home attendance has risen .

Lose fans no longer wish to go watch you have 25 per cent of your monthly wage taken off you .

Should not reward failure.

The structure, set up, process, whatever you want to call it, means the club will continue on the current downward spiral, regardless of who the manager is. 

I look on here each night in hope, waiting for the owner to recognise and acknowledge that thousands of Port Vale supporters aren't wrong about the current issues and flaws in the structure at the club. 

I fear that this summer the recruitment of players will be worse than last summer and in twelve months we'll be bottom two of L2 and staring at the abyss. 

There seems to be no suggestion that Carol is going to change things any time soon and we're stuck with the current process, the current problems, and the decline will continue.

Good news today about Baylee. He'll probably be sold to the first bidder in the summer for the usual "undisclosed" fee, and we'll sign some young loanee as a replacement from a Premier League giant like Bournemouth or Luton after a pretty impressive power point presentation from DF. 

The current slump in results following the worst January transfer window we've ever had will cost us our L1 status. If the same mistakes from the previous three windows are repeated in the next two windows, we will lose our Football League status. 

I can truly see this happening and I feel pretty powerless to do anything about it.
