I thought you buy a season ticket to support your club and its players and manager, Nobody ever used to care who was on the board, and V2001 are not coming back so why all the fuss ? Soon there will be a few saying they want their sesason tickets refunded because the programme cover is printed in the wrong font or the pie temperature isn't right.

 

Good post, completely agree with you.

 

What if (now heres a novel idea) we just wait and see what happens

My opinion is that the season ticket money is in a fund to keep for the new company that takes over. If Port Vale is liquidated the money can be refunded. But it has been handed to the administrator and if the Ryder bid collapses and someone else comes in then it would pass to them. From what I can see the only risk here is the Council rejecting the CVA and that could be expected to lead to negotiation, 10 point deduction at least in 2012/13 and at worst liquidation. I am going to buy mine and hope for the best.

Mine and my kids are now paid for,and personally as long as it isnt MOLD or any associates of that lot involved in the club i'm happy to put my money into OUR club.I cant see any problems forthcoming with Mr Ryders bid and even if there was i'll still be there next season.Still cant quite understand the level of moaning on here.Nobody is being forced to buy a season ticket but you can bet your ******** on it that if everything goes through alright there'll still be moaning that they didnt buy there season tickets early!!
