I liked the look of Ainsworth when he was at Hereford but he soon went off the boil when he went to Watford, wide men at our level worry me a lot with their consistency, they all seem to be a flash in the pan!

I do like him when he's on form but what if it's only one game in ten? Consistency gets teams promoted, I much prefer someone who is steady and reliable whatever level, he's only 24 though so I wouldn't be disappointed if we signed him, he could be another Rob Taylor though!

thats my concern as well, started off like a train at shrewsbury last season MOM most weeks then his form totally went out of the window...............worth a risk but as long as the wage demands are not stupid
